Total Project Outlay: ₹25,00,000 (Twenty-Five Lakh Rupees)


1. Executive Summary & Governance

In alignment with the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and relevant State Acts, the Council establishes a framework for transparent leadership and digital-first empowerment.

  • Secretariat Integrity: To ensure public trust and safety, the nominated Candidate for the Secretary position must produce a mandatory Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
  • Executive Leadership: The President shall be selected via a pooling process among existing members. To ensure dedicated oversight, a fixed monthly stipend of ₹30,000 is allocated (Total: ₹3,60,000/year).
  • Volunteer Force: Targeted recruitment of volunteers to facilitate grassroots operations.

2. Operational Infrastructure & Digital Ecosystem

The Council leverages the "Shrimati" Digital Suite to streamline services and ensure transparency in welfare delivery.

  • Digital Integration: All members will utilize the Shrimati Pay, Shrimati Ride, and Shrimati India App for daily transactions and logistics, promoting a cashless, empowered economy.
  • Shrimati One App (V-2): Introduction of a unified "One App" featuring a High-Tech Pooling System, high-bread app architecture, and the upgraded Shrimati Pay V-2.
  • Shrimati Stay: Launching a managed housing/shelter vertical integrated within the digital ecosystem.
  • Expansion: Objective to establish 25+ Centers across all districts in India to localize welfare efforts.

3. Membership Compliance & Sustainability

  • Activity Mandate: Members must maintain monthly activity. Failure to engage (Zero Associate ID activity) for three consecutive months will result in automatic suspension.
  • Oversight: Monthly Center visits are mandatory for field officers.
  • Governance Participation: Members are required to attend three General Body Meetings annually to ensure democratic participation.

4. Health & Social Security Benefits

Under the Employees' State Insurance Act (where applicable) and general welfare norms, the following protections are provided:

  • Group Term Insurance: A ₹5 Lakh Group Term Plan for each eligible member to provide financial security to families.
  • Primary Health: Distribution of a Compulsory Health Kit to all active members to promote preventive care.
  • Business Opportunity: Distribution and entrepreneurship models for Shrimati India Healthcare Products, focusing on high-quality wellness.

5. Economic Empowerment & Employment

  • 5-Level Earning Platform: A structured, multi-tier earning model to provide sustainable income streams for women.
  • Job Creation: The project aims to generate 1,500 Job Opportunities across India within the 2026-27 period.
  • Energy Innovation: Introduction of Shrimati Shakti (1kW Project), a zero-electric solar/alternative energy solution to reduce household costs and provide technical training.

6. Strategic Vision: 2027-2032

The Council identifies a 5-year roadmap focusing on social mobilization and civic participation.

  • Social Advocacy: Developing a grassroots network to assist in the 2032 West Bengal Assembly Elections by ensuring female voter awareness, safety, and empowerment.

8. Legal Compliance

The Council shall ensure all activities comply with:

  1. Income Tax Act, 1961 (Section 12AB & 80G) for tax exemptions.
  2. FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) if any international funding is sought.
  3. Data Protection Laws for all users on the Shrimati digital platforms.
